Makina is the antagonist of the third chapter of Tales of Crestoria. She is an artificially crafted enforcer, who leads the massacre of the Nation of Sin.
She was voiced by Aoi Yūki in Japanese.
History[]
Chapter 3: The Upending of Virtue[]
Makina is created by twin scientists Assid & [orte with the specific purpose of wiping out the transgressors hiding within the Nation of Sin, a refuge with a barrier that only transgressors can pass through. She first appears when the barrier protecting the Nation is destroyed, and several enforcers appear to kill the residents. Makina confesses to the Nation's leader, Naph, that she was the one responsible for destroying the barrier before slaughtering him. The only ones who survived were the newcomers, Vicious the Great Transgressor, Kanata Hjuger, Misella, and defected commander Aegis Alver, who all had the power to fight back via blood sin. With this power, they defeat Makina and the enforcers. Shocked, Makina disappears, but not before promising that she would return.
Personality[]
Despite her innocent appearance and childish attitude, Makina is surprisingly cruel and sadistic. Due to her implied nature of being formed from fervent pleas for the condemnation of targeted criminals for their 'horrific' crimes, she also possesses a philosophy of transgressors 'naturally' forfeiting the right to live.
