Warden Malcom and Dave are major antagonists in the psychological black comedy-horror RPG Maker game The Coffin of Andy and Leyley.

They are the associations of the founder and owner of ToxiSoda, who put them in false quarantine in the whole apartment by infecting the water supply into it, making them starve the tenants, including Andrew and Ashley Graves, in order to operate and sell organs for government insurance.
