The Man Stroking Cat A Menacingly is a minor antagonist that appears at the beginning go the American Dad! episode, "The Life Aquatic With Steve Smith."
Biography[]
At the beginning of the auction, the auctioneer announced that a missile had been sold to the man stroking his cat. The man told the two individuals sitting next to him that the missile wasn't for him, but for downtown Pittsburg. After this, he narrowed his eyes and looked at the men he was talking to while continuing to stroke his white cat.
Appearance[]
The man appears to be a bald caucasian with grey pushy eyebrows, a scar across his left eye with a black eyepatch covering it, a brown coat, brown pants, and black gloves.
