Biography[]
When Jake Gittes began investigating the LA Water Department, Noah Cross, out of sadism sent Claude Mulvihill and this man to intimidate him.
While investigating the Reservoir one night, Jake is attacked by the two man. Claude holds him, while the other man pulls out a knife. He brings the knife to his nose, and cuts one of his nostrils. He then tells Jake that if he continues his investigation, then he will cut his whole nose off next time.
Later on, this man, and another thug, accompanied Mulvihill to the Mar Vista rest home to confront Gittes and Evelyn Mulwray. They failed in stopping them as they escaped.
