Manager 004 is a minor antagonist in Season 3 of Netflix's K-drama Squid Game. He is a manager for the 2024 Squid Games, implied to be involved in the organ trafficking conspiracy, working closely under the officer. He is tasked by the officer to track down and kill Player 246, who escapes the Squid Games with the help of Kang No-eul.
He was portrayed by an unknown actor.
Biography[]
His life is unknown but at some point he became a manager for the Squid Games in or before 2024 and also implied to have been involved in it's organ trafficking ring, given how he knows of its existence.
It is unknown if he explicitly appeared in Season 2, but he was likely helping manage some of the games and seen among other Managers monitoring the island. On his job, some time after the fourth game, he would discover that members of the organ group has gone missing. Him, Soldier 018 and another soldier to investigate and find that members including soldiers 005, 007, 016 and 025 were all killed by an unknown enemy. It is later discovered that they were killed by Soldier 011 (Kang No-Eul) who helped Player 246 (Park Gyeong-seok) escape and disguise him as Soldier 016.
Him and two other soldiers are then sent to kill Player 246 who escaped by boat. He ends up finding an exhausted 246 at the coast and taunts him as he is about to shoot him, before he is suddenly shot from behind by Hwang Jun-ho and killed.
