Mannigan is the secondary antagonist of the 1975 controversial adult animated film Coonskin. He is a corrupt NYPD officer who works as a bagman for the Mafia.
He was voiced by the late Frank de Kova, who also voiced Ruby in the same film.
Biography[]
Sometime after the death of Simple Savior, Mannigan is ordered by the Mafia to find and kill Brother Rabbit. Aided by Ruby and Bobby, Mannigan searches numerous businesses for Rabbit before eventually arriving at a nightclub called "The Cottontail". There, he is distracted by a stripped while his drink gets drugged with LSD.
When Mannigan comes around, he finds himself outside the back of the club and sees Bobby and Ruby dead. Mannigan then goes berserk and shoots his gun wildly in random directions until he ends up shooting a police officer, resulting in him being gunned down.

Mannigan is incredibly racist and homophobic, harboring a huge contempt for African Americans.
