Biography[]
Season Three[]
During her junior year, Mara was the girlfriend and co-conspirator of Jason Dante. Pete Ross became involved with street racing, gaining the nickname Pete "The Boss" Ross. Martha and Clark Kent were driving home from the hospital when they were nearly hit by a couple of street racers. Clark super speeds after them and discovered that one of the drivers was Pete who won the race.
Mara was standing alongside Dante as he announced Pete the winner of his latest race and Mara congratulated Pete with a kiss on the cheek. While Pete was getting ready for another race, Dante told him to take a dive. Mara gave Pete a more passionate kiss for "luck" prior to his next race, which she was responsible for starting.
Mara was at Dante's garage when Clark and Pete arrived with Lex Luthor's Porsche, using it as the prize for another race between Pete and Dante. He accepted the challenge and told Mara to drive the car to the race site. Pete didn't trust her and insisted on driving the car himself with Mara as a passenger. When the race began, Mara once again started it but Dante was fatally killed when his racer crashed.
Season Four[]
Although she was involved with illegal activities, Mara received no jail time and enjoyed her senior year becoming apart of the Smallville High cheerleading squad. She, along with the Cheerleaders of Devotion, used a Kryptonite-laced love potion to cause the football players to become obsessively devoted to them. Clark managed to thwart Mandy, Mara and the other cheerleaders, freeing the players from their influence and once again she received no punishment.
Months later, the Talon was hosting a party for Smallville High students. Clark was sitting alone studying when Mara and Mary approach him and invited him to a pool party. Clark politely declined the offer, out of fear that his secret would ruin a potential relationship. Mara and Mary then went to talk to other guys but kept the invitation opened. She presumably graduated from Smallville High, in the spring of 2005.
