The marine biologist is an unnamed character in Tasty Blue, serving as the secondary antagonist of the Tropical region and a minor antagonist in the Arctic region. He is a bare-footed young person with white skin and brown hairs. He wears a blue t-shirt, a green topless hat and shorts.

The biologist studies marine biology and also trains the dolphin but he does it unethically by forcing it to jumping through flaming rings.
Dolphin Escape[]
The biologist continues to force dolphin to jump. When the dolphin manages to jump through the hoop, the biologist gives him a mackerel, and when the dolphin manages to push a beach ball, he gives four mackerels. He often gives mackerels and overfeeds, causes dolphin to grows bigger. Dolphin starts to eat bigger objects like various props and buckets, and eventually the biologist.
Skull Hoop[]
The biologist also appears in a bonus level, this time forcing the Nano-shark into pushing the skull through the hoop. When it does, the biologist gives it three gold bars, but overfeeds and causes it to growing bigger.
