| “ | I am mightier than the God, the Devil is my slave. More beautiful than the Goddess, I put her face to shame. Oh look at me, what do you see? There's no one greater than me. I'm the Queen, the best you've seen, so worship me. | „ |
| ~ The opening lyrics to Marjoly's song, Evil Queen. |
| “ | My heart is burning, overheating with a raging fire, the prince I do admire, he fills me with desire. Dear Ferdinando, I am here to save you from this curse, let his love quench my thirst. My precious, wait a little longer I will end your strife, I'll bring you back to life, I'll be your wicked wife. Dear Ferdinando, I am here to save you from this curse, let your love quench my thirst. | „ |

Marjoly is a major antagonist in the video game Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure.
Biography[]
Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure[]
Marjoly makes her first appearance during the finale of the Miss Marl Contest where Marjoly along with the other three members of the Marjoly Family, Crowdia, Gao and Myao ride Myao's dragon to the Marl Castle so that Marjoly can get even with the person who attacked Myao while she was out on a mission to get Red Inotium.
When Marjoly sees that it was the handsome Prince Ferdinand, she instantly forgave him and started to hit on him, wanting to marry him. After Prince Ferdinand said no to her advances, Marjoly would cast a spell to teleport him to her castle, however, she failed and accidentally petrified him. Marjoly would order her allies to carry the petrified prince away but when Cornet, Kururu and Etoile made fun of Marjoly by calling her an "old maid", Marjoly would order Crowdia, Gao and Myao to attack them, the three easily besting them before Marjoly teleports them all back to her castle.
Back at her castle, Marjoly tries to figure out how to break the spell she cast on the prince with Crowdia figuring out that only a kiss from a maiden that loves Prince Ferdinand will free him. Marjoly kisses him but, as her allies point out, she isn't a maiden anymore, a joke at her old age. Marjoly then orders her minions to find another way to free Prince Ferdinand. Eventually, Marjoly learns about five Heartstones that can be used to save Ferdinand and tasks her allies with stealing them from Cornet but they are all defeated.
Once Cornet has all of the Heartstones and starts to make her way to Marjoly's castle, she sends Crowia, Gao and Myao to go beat her while tasking Minister Golonzo with giving her a massage and cleaning the toilets, completely unaware of the face that he was planning on betraying her and taking over the world.
After Cornet makes her way to Marjolys throne room, she would challenge Cornet to a fight where the winner would win the Prince, Marjoly would stack the battle in her favor by calling Crowia, Gao and Myao to fight alongside her. Marjoly lost the fight but revealed that she was holding back her true strength and threatened to use it on Cornet but Minister Golonzo interrupted her, revealing his true plan to use the Ancient Weapon, a large mech to take over the world.
Marjoly would fight against the Ancient Weapon, using her full magical power to beat it down, however, when Marjoly went to finish it off, her spell would back fire and blow up in her face, knocking herself out. Marjoly is then carried off by her allies.
Trivia[]
- Marjoly draws a lot of influence from the character of Doronjo from the Yatterman. Both wear incredibly seductive outfits, are considered jokes by the protagonists and the series itself and have a group of equally incompetent and snarky underlings.
- Marjoly's exact age is unknown, mostly due to Marjoly herself ordering those close to her not to talk about it. A rough estimate is given during Marjoly's theme, "Evil Queen" where Crowdia, Gao and Myao all sing about Marjoly being old enough to be Prince Ferdinand's mother.
