Marvin is a one-time villain from the Netflix original series, Paradise P.D., only appearing in the episode "Dungeons & Dragnet". He is a prisoner in the holding cell at Paradise Police Department, who is guilty of raping people. A crime, which he clearly hasn't learned from as he still continues to do even in prison.
Biography[]
In "Dungeons & Dragnet", Randall ordered Dusty to go and set free one of their three prisoners from the station's holding cell, as it was getting pretty full. Dusty organized a series of game shows to see who got to be set free. One of the game shows was "Prisoner Price is Right", where Dusty asked prisoners how much money they thought a Cop O' Noodles from the commissary cost. Marvin bet two cigarettes. Later, Marvin was on another game show called "Shank Tank", where he invented a "Party Blanket". The party blanket was a blanket with a hole in it that he used to rape people by covering them in the blanket and raping them anally through the hole. At the end of the episode, Tuco got Dusty to choke on a bunch of broken razor blades, stole the keys, and set Marvin, along with the rest of the prisoners, free.
