Masago is the main antagonist of the ninth episode of Star Wars: Visions, Akakiri. She was secretly a Sith Lord and is now ruling queen on an unnamed planet. She was originally a royal family member as she was the King's sister but she betrayed and killed him in order to become queen and rule over the planet. Afterwards she sent the princes into exile to make sure she could not avenge the King.
She was voiced by Lorraine Toussaint. who also played Shadow Weaver in She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, Cressida in Into the Badlands, Yvonne Parker in Orange is the New Black and Angela Martin in Daddy Issues.

Masago is an angry looking woman with blonde hair. She has a muscular body and looks strong.
Biography[]
Masago was a secret Sith Lord and member of the royal family of an unnamed planet. At some point she killed her brother, the king in order to become the queen of the planet.
Upon finding her niece, princess Misa at the palace alongside a jedi she mocks them both and she attacks the jedi with her Lightsaber after the princess tells her to leave the planet and never come back. They fight for a long period of time but in the end Masago and her warriors win and take princess Misa into their custody. Masago then tries to lure Tsubaki over to the Dark side by telling him how it will awaken the true power that lies within him and how he will goin her, because it is written and thereby his destiny. Masago lets her warriors attack Tsubaki who fights back only to find out he also attacked the princess Misa because she had been forced into wearing a guard’s mask. As Tsubaki sits crying with Misa in his lap, Masago tells him that without power he can change nothing but by becoming her right hand he can gain it. She wants him by her side and then they will be able to rule together and they will bring order to the galaxy. They can protect the planet and she says that they can protect Misa as well. As Tsubaki realizes that Misa can be saved if he joins Masago as her right hand. Together they heal Misa and afterwards they leave the planet together in a spaceship.
Personality[]
Masago is a power-hungry and cruel person who is willing to do anything to gain more power, even when she has to kill her own brother to obtain it. She also seems to believe in the philosophy of predetermination where all events have already been decided or are already known. She uses intimidation when fighting e.g. she tells Tsubaki that he has talent, but he lacks technique during their fight.

She seems to have the power to make people have certain visions through The Dark side of the force. She is a skilled Lightsaber fighter and talented manipulator.
