Personality[]

Being the darkest character of all the villains in Voice, Masayuki Kaneki has a nihilistic, cynical, misanthropic, sadistic, murderous nature and quite empty. His actions are in themselves rational and emotionless. Externally, he is a respected human rights activist and professor in Japan. He has a tendency to be friendly with Korea, or has a conceptual image of acting against injustice, and has been ranked first in a survey of intellectuals that Japanese university students want to emulate for many years.

However, his true identity is a complete psychopath, a cannibal who eats the flesh of his victims, and is a top executive in a criminal organization called Auction Fabre. He has his own twisted ideal world, and he has a twisted personality that mercilessly kills anyone who insults or obstructs it. Considering the obvious psychopathic tendencies he showed as a child, and the psychopathic tendencies he showed after being adopted by the Kaneki family, it goes without saying that he was never a victim of bullying.

He has justified his misanthropy and nihilism, became the fake owner of an auction fab site, amputated of people's bodies, and sold people's bodies to VVIPs. And when he saw the VVIPs, he grew more contempt for humans. Moreover, the reason he became the fake owner of the Auction Fabre was not because of money, but because of his misanthropy, and he believes his actions are for the evolution of mankind. He also believes in his actions as a kind of art. He also wants to destroy all law in the world with hatred and loathing.

In addition, he is the true culprit who killed his wife, Yukiko Kaneki, and a ruthless vicious criminal who prefers to kill indirectly by using the psychology of others. He hates revealing his True identity, and for this reason, he went around eliminating the members of 'Doctor Fabre', a sub-website of Auction Fabre, namely, the killer of Voice 2 and his men.

Biography[]

Early life[]

Woo Jong Woo being bullied

He was bullied by Japanese children just because he was a Korean-Japanese.

He was born as a Korean-Japanese in Japan with his younger brother Kang-woo Do. When he was in middle school in Osaka, he was subjected to bullying called a funeral game and, along with his younger brother, was diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder. He also carried a stuffed butterfly and murdered Miho Fujiyama. This was his first murder. When his father found out he was the killer of Miho Fujiyama, he gave him milk with sleeping pills and threw him into the well. But he climbed out of the well, and in front of his eyes were flowers dyed red. This shows that he has a nihilistic mindset from an early age.

After that, he was adopted by the Kaneki family, a prestigious Japanese family. However, even while living under the name of Masayuki Kaneki, he exhibited psychopathic behavior, such as cutting off the ears of domestic pets.

Generation of Disgust[]

He is the person Jae Su Bang refers to as "Sensei", and at the end, with Saburo Fujiyama, in a black car, he connected the camera installed inside the building to his cell phone and watched in real time, using the remote control to detonate a bomb in the gosiwon remotely. This incident caused some damage to Kwon Joo Kang's hearing.

City of Accomplices[]

He tortured his wife Yukiko Kaneki with wires while listening to Mozart's Lacrimosa, under a mask, and gave Yukiko Kaneki a grotesque recording recorded on the tape recorder, and killed Yukiko Kaneki on the grounds that he would clean up a life full of hypocrisy and contradictions. It shows a bizarre way of killing with a wire. And he cut off Yukiko's head and wrote a blood letter on the floor called "Flower of Heaven".

He appeared during his first conversation with Kang Kwon Joo, who stopped by the hospital in earnest, and later encountered Kang Kwon Joo and Do Kang-woo, who came to autopsy Koichi Fujiyama's body, who was later identified as a member of Wire Shun. He also appears to have been cannibalized in a hideout. In other words, he pretends to be a vegetarian, but he is actually a cannibal.

Also, after hypnotizing his subordinate and another wire killer, Koichi using a DuPont lighter, he indirectly killed Koichi by making him drink poison. I got rid of mine. And in the morgue where Koichi's body was enshrined, he portrays the angry husband facing the murderer who killed his wife, and as soon as the coroner walks away, he reveals his true nature and tells Koichi's body, 'The rest I gave you suits me well. I'll send you a comrade on the underworld road, so the road on the way won't be so lonely. I think I'll miss you a lot,' he said with a mocking greeting. By the way, considering that Koichi is Miho's older brother, both Koichi and Miho were killed by him.

He went to Kwon-joo Kang's hospital room to surprise him with a bouquet of ranunculus. When he realized that Kwon-joo Kang had lost consciousness, he pulled out a wire and tried to cut off Kwon-joo Kang's ear, but learned that there was a follower who followed him. Noticing this, he leaves Kwon-joo Kang's ward. Then he finds the location of Chang-soo Jeon with a locator, finds him, and kills Chang-soo Jeon with a wire, then cuts off his ear. Also, noticing that Yukiko's father, Shoichi Makio, had been handed over the fact that there was another culprit who killed Yukiko, he summoned Makio to his studio, stunned Makio's bodyguards with drugs while Makio was vigilant, and strangled her with a wire. After killing him, he tried to kill Machio as well.

Then he lures his younger brother Kang Woo Do into his hiding place and traps him, and Detectives Kwon-joo Kang and Joong-ki Park, who have been pursuing them, are shocked to see his grotesque studio, and Detective Joong-ki Park takes the lead. During the search, the door suddenly opened and he appeared and fired two bullets at Detective Joong-ki Park with a magnum pistol to neutralize them, then disarmed Kwon-joo Kang by threatening to shoot Joong-ki Park in the head. Then she made her follow him.

He tried to weave Kwon-ju Kang's ears, and Kwon-ju Kang sympathized with him, pointing out his personality flaws. And he tried to cut off Kwon-ju Kang's ear, saying, "Don't bullshit," and his brother Kang Woo Do tried to stop him, but he tried to let Kang Woo Do know his nihilistic worldview. Kang Woo Do tried to arouse Woo Do's inherent killing instinct and force Kwon-ju Kang to strangle Kwon-ju Kang to death, but Kang Woo Do, who somehow regained his sanity, fought with him. During this fight, he dropped his sword and gained the upper hand, using a wire to stun Kang Woo Do, then went to cut off Kwon-ju Kang's ear again, but did not notice Kang Woo Do approaching from behind and strangled Kang Woo Do with a wire. In addition, Kang Woo Do was shot and killed by police commandos, and the two brothers ended in bloody tragedy.

Quotes[]

After I had fun with you and Miho, you passed out and I found my father hiding in the woods. Then he gave me milk with sleeping pills to eat. He led me to sleep, and led me to the well behind the deeper forest. As if determined to bury all the truth, he threw me into the well. After that, when my father was arrested as Miho's murderer, I had no choice but to die, imprisoned in a well. Was it because he was a little boy, so he was vigilant, or did he think he would never get out of the deep well? I'm still curious I dug and dug in the soil to live, but how did my father feel when he buried me? I grabbed the wall of the well until my nails came out, crawled out and came out. As I was thinking about what to do, I saw a flower dyed too red. So I was reborn from the abyss. Why don't you kill people? I really wanted you to kill someone too.
~ Masayuki Kaneki to Kang Woo Do.
I mean, this wire is sharper than a knife, stronger than a saw, it cuts the bone. Do you know how sweet the sound of this wire cutting bone is? This is what I mean, anyway... Listen for yourself.
~ Masayuki Kaneki to Shoichi Makio.
Kosuke, thank you. for killing me.
~ Masayuki's last word.
