Biography[]
Early life[]
Thousands of years ago, there was an Aztec warrior named Klahuilaketl, whose strength was only matched by his bloodthirst. He inspired fear and dread among even the most victorious warriors; no one dared to challenge him.
Eventually his arrogance was his undoing as he dared to challenge Huitzilopochtli, the god of war. But the god did not take the warrior's challenge lightly, so he punished him by transforming him into a stone mask, so that he would never again be able to wield a weapon.
Many years after his encounter with the God of War, Klahuilaketl met the being he came to know as "El Charro Negro", who gave him a second chance to quench his thirst for blood in exchange for his soul. Klahuilaketl then became Mascara Macabra: a parasite shaped like a wrestler's mask, with the ability to possess anyone it clung to, and hunted down the strongest warriors it could find. His goal was to find his dark savior once again, hoping to defeat him and claim the title of being the most powerful in the universe.
Klahuilaketl's mission continued for years, as he possessed the bodies of thousands of warriors, eventually settling on the fighter El Valiente as the strongest of his time.
The VVV[]
El Valiente's wife, Adelita Guerrero, sought help from the Black Hat Organization to get the mask removed from the fighter. Black Hat sent "El Alebrije" to fight him in a wrestling tournament known as "The VVV", and she quickly defeated him, removing the mask, this caused Mascara Macabra to possess Demencia as his new host. Black Hat then obliged Dr. Flug to fight against the possessed Demencia, much to his own dismay.
After a brutal beating against Flug, Black Hat finally entered the ring personally, and he forced Demencia to remove the mask, something that she did, much to the confussion of everyone else, including Mascara Macabra himself. Then Black Hat sealed Mascara Macabra inside a jar, declaring that he would like to dissect him, horrifying Mascara Macabra. Black Hat Organization then retired from the tournament.
The organization appeared in Mexico, and spent some time together enjoying their visit, while Mascara Macabra tried to desperately escape the jar to no avail. Mascara Macabra ended up in Black Hat's kitchen, trying to escape the jar by pleading to Flug, Demencia and 5.0.5, but nobody listened to what he said.
Mascara Macabra's ultimate fate is left unknown, but he presumably ended up being dissected by Black Hat as the later said before.
Personality[]
Mascara Macabra is a sadistic and vicious fighter with narcissistic tendencies. He is extremely competitive, always chasing the strongest fighters to prove his might to the world and to the being he made a deal with.
