Massimo Volpe is the main antagonist of the light novel JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Purple Haze Feedback. A member of Sezione Droghe, Massimo Volpe helps create the drugs the organization produces for Passione's benefit. He wields the Stand Manic Depression.

Personality
Despite his wealth, Massimo Volpe is a sad and lazy man, being generally bored with life and not caring about much. Despite this trait and the fact Volpe is also easy to form dislikes to others, he cares about his allies, being a loyal and guiding member of his team and to its leader while also caring for Angelica Attanasio by helping her pains with his Stand, even becoming enraged and determined to kill Fugo after they both die.

A dark reflection of his brother's Pearl Jam, Manic Depression is able to produce thorns that, upon contact with the body, cause to enhance or weaken the bodily functions of others, such as increasing one's physical abilities, delay the effects of diseases, speeding up a bodily function, or force a part of the body to do something incorrectly. However, these abilities have a generally negative effect over all, breaking down the body on use. Manic Depression is also able to turn ordinary salt into a powerful drug for two weeks, with Massimo Volpe uses to produce his drugs while keeping its secrets unable to be copied by rivals.
