Maxmillian is the main antagonist in the Secret Agent Clank series, an in-universe series in the Ratchet and Clank franchise. He is a crime lord and a frequent enemy of Secret Agent Clank. Despite seemingly perishing several times in his battles against Clank, he always come back to threaten the agent once more.
He was voiced by James Arnold Taylor.
Biography[]
It's unknown how Maxmillian and Secret Agent Clank met, but they have apparently been at odds for a long time.
One episode shows Clank, hiding his identity, scoring a win against Maxmillian in Maktar Casino. Maxmillian asked if the agent lost as gracefully as he won, before summoning his ninja bots to fight him. Clank defeated them and brought a chandelier down on their boss, knocking him out with its electricity.
In another episode, Clank fought Maxmillian once again before going on to rescue the captured Baroness, played by Courtney Gears.
After the defeat of Dr. Nefarious, a Secret Agent Clank movie featuring Maxmillian was screened. In it, Maxmillian confronted his nemesis in an Attack-Copter, but Clank shot a banana at him, causing his sidekick Scrunch to latch onto the villain and make his crash the copter.
Going Mobile[]
Maxmillian is the main antagonist of the game. After Ratchet and Clank got transported into a Secret Agent Clank vid-comic, they tried to find their way out of it by collecting all the pieces of the MCGuFIN, though they had to raid Maxmillian's office to find the codes they needed. Eventually, it was revealed that Maxmillian himself was trying to escape into the real world using the MCGuFIN. He fought the heroes, but was defeated by them.
