Maxwell Fulton is the overarching antagonist of the first three episodes of Season 8 of the TV series 9-1-1.
He was an infamous imprisoned sex trafficker and child molester who kept a Black Book which had a list of his clients. After his death due to suicide, AUSA Spencer orchestrates a search for the book in order to cover up his sex crimes.
He was portrayed by Larry Poindexter.
Biography[]
Fulton was an infamous sex trafficker who pimped underage girls to his various clients. He secretly filmed his clients having sex, and kept QR code links to the videos in a Black Book in case he ever needed to blackmail anyone. Eventually, he was arrested, but refused to name any of his clients during his trial, and was sentenced to life imprisonment in Phoenix. All the prisoners there knew about his crimes (including child molestation) and refused to have anything to do with him.
Eventually, the US attorney's office made a deal with convicted killer Dennis Jenkins to have him get transferred to Fulton's prison and get close to him. After getting shived, he opened up to Jenkins and told him about his Black Book, including it's location in a car in an airport parking lot. Eventually, Maxwell hung himself in his cell.
In the present, AUSA Spencer manipulates Jenkins and Athena Grant into helping him find the Black Book so he can up his crimes. But Spencer is eventually defeated and arrested. Afterwards, the names in the Black Book are presumably arrested and charged for their various crimes.
