Mayor Stinkypants is the main antagonist of the The Backyardigans episode, "Robin Hood the Clean". He is played by Austin.
Biography[]
The episode starts with Mayor Stinkypants telling the residents of Filthingham that they can never bathe and commanding them to wallow in the mud. He then prepares for the Festival of Dirt, which is an event where people compete in filth-themed games to avoid getting thrown in a dunking booth full of mud. He discovers that his villagers have a bar of soap, and throws it in his dungeon with the rest of their cleaning products. Tyrone has had enough, so he goes to Purewood Forest to find Robin Hood the Clean. He manages to sneak out of Filthingham without alerting the mayor, letting Robin Hood into the village. Robin Hood steals Stinkypants' keys and raids the dungeon while he is occupied with the Festival of Dirt. His rules in each of the games allow him an unfair advantage, and so he send the villagers to the dunking booth. Before he can dunk them, Robin Hood returns with his bath mitt, Mitty, and duels Stinkypants. Stinkypants gets a hold of Mitty and threatens it, but Robin Hood gets it back and sends Stinkypants into the fountain which he had just fixed. Stinkypants realizes that it's not so bad, and decides to actually wash. He then proclaims that day as the first ever Festival of Soap and helps clean the village.
