Meat Katie is a boss character in the Extended Cut version of The House Of The Dead Overkill. She resembles a parody of Minotaur, though she is a grotesque, mutated butcher woman with a cow skull and udder attatched to her body. Katie's weapon of choice is a giant meat cleaver. Katie doesn't speak; she just moos angrily.

Varla Guns and Candi Stryper confront Katie in a butcher shop. After the battle, Katie falls backwards into a meat grinder, killing her. Unfortunately, Katie's meat cleaver severed Candi's hand, and Candi died as a result of blood loss.
