The Mechasaurs are supporting antagonists in the 2010 comic book The Adventures of Ook and Gluk: Kung-Fu Cavemen From the Future, a spin-off to the Captain Underpants franchise.
They are a trio of robotic lizards most likely created by Chief Goppernopper. They are a robotic Tyrannosaurus, Triceratops, and Quetzalcoatlus.
History[]
The Tyrannosaurus robot first appears and beats up Mog Mog. As the Chief learns how to use computers for seven years and uploads photos of the boys and Lily into their memory banks, it subsequently appears alongside the Triceratops and Quetzalcoatlus.
The creatures then pursue the three heroes back to the future, where they seek safety in a warehouse. They then disguise themselves by donning bags on their heads and spray-painting the Goppernopper Tower with images of themselves.
Then Lily paints a painting of herself, the boys, and an explosives barrel. The Mechasaurs are destroyed when our heroes travel back in time. Although the monsters' corpses are not found, after the Goppernoppers were vanquished, they too vanished.
