'''Mekgineer Steamrigger''' is an intelligent leper gnome employed in [[Illidan Stormrage|Illidan]]'s services in the Warcraft franchise. Although he is intelligent, he is also insane.

Steamrigger, known for his achievements, was hired by Vashj to lead a group of engineers to maintain the interiror. Steamrigger also brought some leper gnomes with him to help. Some of the mechanics helped him build a robot for him to control.

A group of adventurers infiltrated and slayed the mechanics. Mekgineer confronted the group using his robot and using the weapons stored in the machine. However, Steamrigger was killed in the fight and the adventurers opened a keystone to the main door.
