Melinda the Mean is the twin sister of Glinda the Good and a minor antagonist in Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz. She is the main antagonist of her debut episode "Sister Sister", and later returns as one of the main antagonists of "The New Beast of the East".
She was voiced by Grey Griffin who also voiced her twin sister and also Vicky from The Fairly OddParents, Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Femme Fatale from The Powerpuff Girls, and many others.
Powers and Abilities[]
Although Melinda usually has black hair and forms a dark bubble, she is able to disguise herself by changing her hair and bubble color to match Glinda's.
She is also able to fly in the air when her bubble is up. Like Glinda, she appears to use a staff to summon it (though in her second appearance, she summons it with her hand instead).
She has a magic staff too, which fires energy blasts. Although doing so did not appear to harm Glinda (the bubble stopped the red beam of energy) the force was enough to knock the bubble (and Glinda along with it) about.
