Mensch Heit is the main antagonist of Ultraman Neos. He is a being that was born from the will of the dark matter.
He was voiced by actor Mr. Chin, and his suit was performed by Kazunori Yokoo
History[]
Believing himself to be the will of the universe and deeming the Zamu aliens as “savages”, he began committing genocide on their race using the monster Grall, whom he created by merging several other dark matter monsters into one, forcing the few remaining survivors into seeking refuge on Earth.
Upon learning of this, he eventually decided to make his appearance known to humanity, in which he issued a warning demanding that they hand over the last remaining Zamu alien Esura or else he would release Grall and have him destroy them. While the leader of the defense force considered it, the defense force team members of HEART weren’t as willing and instead chose to protect him. Later Neos showed up and succeeded in managing to defeat the monster, but at the cost of nearly loosing his life.
With his monster assassin having been defeated and having failed to bully HEART into obedience, Mensch finally decided to reveal his true form and started attacking. Eventually, Ultraseven 21 joined the picture, as well as Neos, however, even with the addition of the latter, Mensch still managed to overpower them.
Just as seemed Mensch was gonna win, Esura, the last of the Alien Zamu's, showed up and sacrificed himself in order to recharge the two Ultras, allowing them to gain the upper hand and they managed to successfully bring an end to the evil monster Mensch Heit, blowing him to bits, avenging the Alien Zamu's and ending Mensch Heit's evil reign of terror for good.
After Mensch Heit's defeat, all the members of Team HEART vowed to help revive the Alien Zamu's, whose DNA resided within the device that Esura gave to HEART member Nana Hayami, in order to ensure that Alien Zamu lived on.

Mensch Heit is ruthless, cruel, sadistic, unmerciful, genocidal, murderous alien being of absolutely pure evil.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Dark Matter Physiology: Born from the aforementioned energy force, Mensch Heit is capable of manipulating the Dark Matter to his own needs.
- Combination: By tapping into his true nature, Mensch Heit can merge several Dark Matter monsters into a singular being, doing so to form Grall.
- Human Form: Mensch Heit has a human form. While in this mode he can levitate, control electronics, create force fields, and launch rather weak fire balls from his palms.
- Signal Interference: Despite being at the edge of the universe, Mensch Heit can hijack communications in a certain area and caused electronics in affected area to stop functioning.
- Shockwave Ball Projection: The his own hands, Mensch Heit can unleash a pulse of weak shockwave.
- Force-Field Generation: For defensive means, he can create a force field that bounces incoming projectiles.
- Size Change: In said human form, Mensch Heit can alter his size to gigantic proportions, although this was only made to intimidate his targets.
- Extraordinary Jumper: Mensch heit can jump high distances into the air.
- Flight: Mensch Heit is capable of flying in both of his forms, either levitation (human form) or winged flight (true form).
- Typhoon: Just by flapping his wings, Mensch Heit can unleash winds that send even Ultras flying.
- Fireball: Mensch Heit can shoot extremely powerful fireballs from its hands.
- Third Eye: From the demon's third eye, weird and bizarre powers will be unleashed. These include telekinesis, pyrokinesis, and control over another's body.
- Lightning: Dual purple lightning blasts can spawn forth from Mensch Heit's hands that barely rivals the combined might of the Neo Magnium Beam and Regia Shot.
- Tracker (トラッカー, Torakkā): An armed spy drone device, which was dispatched to hunt Esura after he survived the Alien Zamu genocide from Grall on Earth. It was destroyed by HEART members as they were protecting the Zamu boy.

- Mensch Heit looks like a demon, a fact that was commented upon by several characters in the series, to the point that it was used to convince the defense force to stop hampering HEARTS' efforts.
- Mensch Heit is the first Dark Matter life form with at least human level intelligence and the first to beat an Ultra fairly.
- His human form's actor, Mister Chin would portray Yusuke Aoi, a lab researcher from Ultraman Orb THE ORIGIN SAGA.
- In a 2004 stage show he led several monsters and aliens including Apatee, Yapool and Red King against the Ultras.
- Mensch Heit is so far the only Ultraman Neos villain to be Pure Evil.
