Mephos is the main antagonist of the 2003 TMNT episode "Wing and a Prayer". He is the archenemy and former best friend of Raptarr.
He was voiced by Dan Green who also voiced Mephiles the Dark and Storm the Albatross in Sonic the Hedgehog series, Mewtwo, Entei and the Iron-Masked Marauder in Pokemon, Yami Yugi in Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Norland von Lunebelg in Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture.
History[]
Backstory[]
Mephos believed that the Avians city should rule the world below them and decided to rebel against its council's elders. However, in the end, he lost his wings and was banished to the surface with Raptarr watching over him.
Recent Events[]
Sometime later, he acquired black metal wings and was first seen fighting Raptarr. He took his crystal diadem away from and was about to finish him off by using his wings to form a diamond drill until the turtle appeared and saved Raptarr.
Later on, he used Raptarr's crystal to guide him to the city, where he met his followers. He and his followers broke into the temple and used the crystal to destroy a mountain. He planned to destroy Seattle with it, but then the turtles came flying in with Raptarr on jetpacks.
Appearance[]
Mephos has black, spikey hair and is equipped with two black metal wings. At the beginning, he had white, feathery wings, but lost them after he was defeated and banished.
Powers and Abilities[]
Mephos has the ability to fly, granted by the wings that he has. He can also use his wings to form a diamond drill to finish off his enemies. He can even shoot metal shards from them as well.
