  • Hi :), i saw that in the discussion for The Devil (Theology), you asked why The Devil isn't PE.

    Well, having him here it's actually very controversial, but the things that disqualify him, is that he's too enigmatic and pretty much never appears in the bible, while the idea of a PE character is that they have a clear moral agency and that they commit crimes on screen.

    • For the most part, Satan is understood to be made of evil. Because of the fact that God only allowed Satan to screw with Job's life but restrained him from going as far as killing him, it seems to suggest more that Satan was actually made to be evil.
