You've been told multiple times in between edit-revisions, so I'll tell you here: you need to stop abusing the Pure Evil category. The rules clearly state that you cannot add the category to pages anymore without making a proposal in the discussions first and I highly advise that you read said-rules here:
Providing an explanation on a message wall isn't how you qualify an article as PE, so regardless of whether you provide an explanation or not upon adding the category to a page, it's still going to get removed because you haven't made a proposal. Again, read the rules.
Plus, "he's one of the most evil villains in X" Trivia points do not mean you should immediately add the PE category to a page, since Trivia points like that are mostly just bias.
Enough is enough, Valkerone. This is gone on long enough. You wrongfully blocked me from here because of a stupid misunderstanding with Lord Drakkon. When I put Pure Evil there, I thought it was because he qualified. Then you got rid of it and when I tried to explain it, you dared to show off your damned ego at me! I don't even know how to do a Discussion of villains who are PE! You didn't tell me how! This has got to stop. Look, I never meant any trouble, and I certainly never meant to vandalize (if I did) any articles. But blocking me because of a simple mistake, that's not fair, and you know it. If you want to hear it, fine. I'm sorry that I made these mistakes, I'm sorry that I was fighting with you, and I'm sorry for disrespecting the other admins. Can you please give me back my editing privileges, and I'll do better. And I know you're too good to talk to me, but I meant what I said. And I'm very sorry, and it isn't going to happen again. Are we understood on that?
First of all, I didn't even get you blocked at all, so don't point fingers. It was AustinDR who blocked you for the PE abuse in first place. I didn't even report you to him. All I did was tell you to stop abusing the PE category (because you were abusing it) and actually told you the details why. Besides, Austin is often very inclined to ban people once he starts seeing people abuse the category in general, so that isn't my issue.
Secondly, what "misunderstanding"? The whole "PE Proposal" rule has been around for almost two months now and thus, there was plenty of time for many other users to catch onto it. You were asked in between edit revisions not to abuse the category, in which said comments in edit revisions can easily be seen in the activity feed (which by any Wiki's standards, is common sense. If you see your edits being removed, take a look at the activity feed to see why it's getting removed or page history instead of constantly trying to add it back in and thus, starting an edit-war and getting yourself in trouble), but you ignored them and kept edit-warring over it, so I had to tell you not to do it on your wall.
Also, if you had read the rules by now, the link I sent you even shows you the instructions on how you make a PE proposal and there is even a "Discussions" tab at the top of every page on this Wiki to tell you where said-Discussions are. Again, common sense. Everything under the 6th bullet point within the link I sent you tells you everything you need to know anyway, so no, "You didn't tell me how!" isn't even true here.
Thirdly, showing off ego? No, you were sending a message while I was sending a message to you at the same time. Having a discussion on one message wall avoids confusion in general. Also, I stated what I said above because it was a fact. Simple explanations don't work anymore for qualifying a villain as Pure Evil because you'd have to make a proposal. If there was another user familiar with the rules talking to you about PE proposals, they would give you the same answer.
With that said, to reiterate, don't blame me for getting you blocked. You should've brought this issue up with Austin if anything.
First, I can't do that, because for some reason, his page is devoid of any chances of anyone writing on it. So I cannot talk about this with Austin even if I wanted to. Second, there you go again with that ego. Thirdly, I honestly never thought of looking at the history and seeing the real reasons, so oops. Fourthly, you or Austin then, didn't tell me if you're gonna give me back my editing privileges again. Fifthly, how do I do a Discussion, exactly? And sixthly, you're still to blame for this, even if you didn't block me. I already apologized and said I meant it, isn't that enough?
No edit-spamming & no category-spamming/category abuse allowed (see Rules). Please pay attention to simply keep track of how many edits above the limit of 3 or 5 edits (no more than that) on one page in one day @ a time by looking at & reading a page's history logs.
How is Light Yagami suddenly Pure Evil? I don't think he ever really counter much, and non is on that list. Not only that, he only ever wanted to kill criminaos, though at the expense of his own family and friends, so how is that monstrous of him, even if he may be sadistic while doing it
Well he's been approved on Discussions today/earlier, he definitely crossed the line and goes more into cruelties with implications he'll eventually get rid of lazy people. I only had issue with his final monologue implying he might genuinely try to help humanity prosper and that he ended wars / most crime. Ultimately me and another were outvoted. Honestly I find Light a vile hypocrite especially when he forced a woman to commit suicide and then mockingly asked if she was OK.
Personally I find him a highly debatable character on if Pure Evil or not but it's pretty clear he's a vile hypocrite in story especially with how he kills Task Force or anyone who questioned him on the drop of a hat.
Honestly its debatable if he had any genuine good intentions and the major thing that makes me not completely convinced especially since he stopped all wars and nearly eliminated crimes but he was now upvoted by the majority and not simply "TV Tropes said it" like some used to do.
Unrelated note, can you add the category to Hector Barbossa? He allowed Jack and later Elizabeth to starve on a marooned island, so he qualifies. Also, his quote on that page explains it all. I would have done it, but for some reason, I cannot edit in his page, there is a View Source button instead, so I figured I'd have to ask someone to do it instead.
From what I remember both were proposed and ultimately upvoted. With Barbossa from what I remember left them stranded to eventually die on the island but doesn't necessarily starve them like a normal case just left them with a finite amount of resources.
