I understand that you seemed interested in knowing more about the fanfic that I'm working on in my blog. Sorry that I couldn't provide a link for you a while back, I'm still new at this, but I'm here now to answer any questions you would like to ask. So how can I help you? :)
You have been accused of inciting edit wars with other contributors of the wiki (we really look down on edit warring), and you've been shown as being very single-minded when it comes to villains that are considered CMs. Look, I understand that you have your opinion on what you think makes a CM, but this has really gotten out of hand. A majority of contributors see an antagonist as a CM (that, and if they meet the criteria), and it's one thing to disagree with them, but it's another thing to engage in edit wars because you believe that your opinion is the ultimate one. After all, the complete monster trope is really subjective; there's the objective criteria that the antagonist must meet in order to be considered a complete monster, and it's a subjective trope, because many people have different interpretations on if they are a monster or not.
Overall, what I'm saying is that I'm getting tired of you edit warring with other contributors, and so are the rest of the users of this site. Learn to be open-minded and to respect other peoples' opinions. That, and you're causing several articles to be locked up, because of your incessant edit-warring. This is your final warning; if you engage in edit wars once again, then I will be forced to block you.
I just wanted to say I had stopped the edit wars but I still got blocked. All I did was restore the info on Princess Mombi's talk page that User:Grand Master Mario removed. If I'm not mistaken when you disagree with something on a talk page you're supposed to add a post explaining why, not remove it.
Apparently some links you have made were undone because they were links that led to nowhere. I am just here to say if that's true please don't do that. Wait until the page is made by you or another user. If needed you can always leave a link to another website.
I am merely passing on the message I got. I hope these arguments between you an User:Grand Master Mario get discussed and put to rest like I'm sure both you two do.
Have a good chaotic day if I don't hear back or message me if you need me.
She is a Complete Monster. Hell even TV Tropes lists her as a CM. Okay, we might list some villains that TV Tropes does not consider CMs but the opposite is never the case. If they are for them, they are for us too.
The problem with Injurin' Joe is his live action counterpart isn't considered a CM on this wiki and he's a lot more brutal, so calling the cartoon version a CM but not his live action counterpart is completely hypocritical. As for Mombi, I explained on the talk page why I don't see her as one.
Injurin' Joe has no live action counterpart. You refer to one among many other live action versions of Injun Joe. And it's not right to say "because this character in this work doesn't qualify, neither should this character in this different, largely unrelated work!" That's not how it works. And the majority sees Mombi as a CM, including TV Tropes. Sorry, but you're outvoted here.
Based off what I read Princess Mombi sounds like a solid keep. Keeping the heads of living people is pretty twisted. Much more so than just being a pedophile or implied rapist. Unless their are worse villains, she's a keep.
The animated Injuin' Joe while he's less heinous. I think he was allowed because he's in a relatively light hearted movie while villainy like that is expected for an adult adventure film.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the cartoon film more or less a carbon copy of the live action? I haven't seen either film and going by from what I've heard I think the live action Injun Joe might count, but you'd have to take it up with dreadnine here. As for Mombi, did you get my message on all the tropes Stolen?
How do you know that? Hardly anyone's actually discussed the case, and User:Grand Master Mario shut the discussion down twice. After I explained to Stolen5487 over on ATT s/he admitted that the Nome King sounds worse. Another thing to bear in mind is Injurin' Joe being an animal while his more brutal counterpart is human is another argument against him qualifying.
How is it against him qualifying? All the characters in the animated film were antrophomoric animals standing in for human characters. And could you please drop the matter of Mombi? Her page got locked for a reason.
Mombi's page got locked because Mario talked an admin into locking it, he actually wanted every page I laid a finger on locked regardless of what edits I'd made so that isn't saying much. Going back to Injurin Joe, the films are separate, if there aren't any other villains in one version that aren't in the other the two films should have a similar heinous standard. And another thing, the live action isn't a mature film, it's a Disney film if I'm not mistaken, and in any event trying to gut a child is pretty shocking.
While it's true that TV Tropes doesn't make all the right decisions, blaming the website for the candidates that you don't think qualify doesn't help your argument. I suggest giving a more reasonable explanation for why you don't think an example counts.
Well, I'm mostly neutral regarding TV Tropes, but one example that I can think of is Injurin' Joe. I did originally see him as a CM, but after reevaluating him (and also reading what other users such as Dreadnine, thought on him), I don't see him as one anymore.
The problem of him qualifying is his lack of screen time, he was a Very Special Episode Villain meant to give a realistic portrayal on the dangers of accepting rides from just anyone while hitchhiking, and thus only serves a purpose to convey the only thing he does is try to rape the 18 year old protagonist, his others rapes are vaguely implied off screen. Mr. Horton, another Very Special Episode villain was arguably worse as he went after little kids and even he didn't meet the heinous standard due to his limited role of conveying a message.
'Cause it's true. Not every rapist or even child molester is a Complete Monster if they're not truly heinous by the standards of the work and setting, and if they have mitigating factors that prevent them from being seen as completely evil.
I'd like to pose a question in light of a few of your recent edits. Why are you renaming pages and completely overwriting their content with entirely different content (e.g. renaming Duke of Blangis to Kazushi Niida, which by the looks of it is plagiarized from the Battle Royale wiki) instead of creating entirely new pages?
Sorry about that, I'm new and I don't know how to create pages. There was something I was wondering if you could help me with, I'd like to add a gallery to Ivanovic's page but I can't find a picture of his true form anywhere.
In terms of creating pages, there's a button on the upper right of the page that says "Contribute." Click on that and near the bottom of the menu it presents, there's a selection called "Add a page." That's the one you want.
In terms of Ivanovic, I'm terribly sorry but I'm as lost on that matter as you are, and I don't know where else to look as I'm not familiar with Dance in the Vampire Bund.
