Hello, I see your edits make the Harold Saxon Master the 23rd Master, by counting bodies, and I understand that, however the short story Girl Power! in the Missy Chronicles adds by to 19 incarnations overall, which is why John Simm is the 18th (presumably Missy is only counting incarnations rather than how many bodies said incarnations had a la the Bruce Master).
he was the antagonist of the point and click game he stuck around in the mansion even after everyone had long died he was disfigured at birth due to his mother taking medicine and your character who is a horror author kept hearing scratches during the night when he was staying there for a few days to write his next book in the what he thought was an abandoned mansion.

Zamasu and Goku Black are not the setting equivalent nor do they match the criteria as neither are the ruler of Hell nor are they the source of all evil within the setting. Yes they have some similarities but that isn't enough. I must ask that you stop adding this to characters who while evil or might share similarities do not rule the equivalent of Hell (if the series has a confirmed one) or those who aren't the source of all evil for the setting.
He is similar to the Devil in some ways but that doesn't make him the Satan of the series. You have to be the source of all evil or the ruler of all Demons / Hell if not all forces of evil. That is not what he is.
