The Pure Evil Category can only be added by going through the proper proposal process. You can't just add it to pages without permission especially disambiguation pages.
Do it again and you'll be immediately banned. You might even be banned now as I've already reported it to the admins.
Well sorry for still being new here if that really offends you, and not knowing the PE use until now.
I even talk to numerous admins about the fact that category abuse is based on the amount of pointless categories added just for the sake of adding categories and not by categories that should actually fit (see his real life villains wiki page by reference). I also bring up explanation alongside it. The fact that you even rejected addition of categories despite my explanation at one point also explains it.
So try to be less rude if you have any criticisms to imply. Otherwise, you just seem like an unpleasant being to even converse with.
What do you mean you're new? Your profile says you've been here since October of last year. You've have plenty of time to read the rules since you joined. Sorry pal, that excuse isn't working with me.
Also, the Hitler disambiguation doesn't need so many categories. We aren't Real Life Villains wiki and we don't follow the same rules as Real Life Villains Wiki. It is category abuse and category spamming to add a bunch of categories to the page, especially considering its a disambiguation page and not an actual page for a specific character. We only need a few general categories on a disambiguation page, not over 50.
What I mean by being "new" is the fact that I'm still not entirely used to the whole function of everything just yet, especially since I'm not often on social media. That also includes the rules and where they are exactly located. Let alone that I am no admin or anything.
Now that I see that the criticism has to do with a disambiguation page, your point makes sense. As for a specific character, I would gladly still back up explanation as to why a specific category fits, especially with an admin a few weeks ago.

Sorry but ignorance of the law is no excuse, especially in this instance.
I think I'm going to recommend to the admins that they ban you for this. You've been rude and defensive this entire conversation and PE abuse is something we take very seriously on this wiki.
In all seriousness, is it really that much of an offense to the point where you apparently wouldn't even bother pointing out constructive criticism if there IS anything wrong? I've been polite with ya'll many times at this point with as much patience as I can handle henceforth.
We're still human beings as we are, so if you have any criticisms to imply, kindly do so and I can gladly fix it out or even talk about it, while I simultaeneously become attentive. Other than that, a ban threat really is pushing the limit especially to consider the fact that it's being done ONCE. Let alone on a disambiguation page in which case I downright confessed that you had a point and I see where you're coming from.
All I ever implied about the PE use is the fact that I didn't realise about how the use works until now, given that it's the first time I ever used the category. Now that you mentioned it, I saw what you mean. It's a sign of me becoming more careful as I take this as just a learning experience after all.
Again, mistakes are normal and we are all human beings. If there is any criticisms you would like to point out, do so. As it stands, a ban threat is just pushing the limit, especially in the first comment of the chain.
So try to be less rude if you would to attempt at criticisms. Otherwise, you just seem wrathfully unpleasant.
First off, let me start off with "Blast Off To Mars". He isn't terrorizing Jerry, because not only do they both antagonize each other, but he was chasing after Jerry since he is instructed to by Commander Bristle. It's just BOTH characters' usual antics of antagonizing each other. Also, no, Tom isn't the reason why the invasion happened. It's because someone outright exposed Tom and Jerry for being earthlings. Wanna know how it all happened? (SEE KING THINGG: https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/King_Thingg)
As with "The Fast and The Furry", the two deaths were accidental (not on purpose), with Biff Buzzard and Buzz Blister themselves also being responsible for others' despite being supporting characters, with some even bringing it upon themselves. Soccer Mom (who at one point earlier even ran over Tom along with Jerry after Gorthan LITERALLY THREW a stink pod in Tom's car leading him to exit in coughing) being a main case, but I suppose it was only for Jerry, given how they both antagonize each other. As for the cheating part, Squirty (SEE HIS PAGE HERE: https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/Squirty) was the one who started it, especially to the point of driving Tom unconcious with his first attempt of cheating during The Fabulous Super Race. You can argue that his revenge against Squirty (and to a degree, Grammy, who was regardless supporting his decisions) was rather justified. Even when he was being used as a bad influence by the REAL villain, let alone to have both Tom and Jerry injured even to the point of getting killed just for the sake of ratings (which could be the reason why he could've cared less about the deaths and injuries of everyone else in the process): https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/Joseph_Walters
