  • This is too long to put in the summary section of The Collector. Anyways.

While it's true that The Collector went through something awful as a child, he is never portrayed in a sympathetic light. His backstory is only ever mentioned over the radio and the whole movie builds up nothing but disdain for him. Also, he's shown quite the bit of intelligence and that he's aware of what evil he is doing. He is a sadistic serial killer with one of the highest body counts in horror movie history. (Mostly the club scene's to thank for that.) To call him a scapegoat would be forgetting all of the torture and suffering that he is inflicted, not just on Arkin's life, but on the lives of many.

Also, while he was never approved as Pure Evil, you can't just remove the category. You have to make a removal proposal first.

    • You may be right about the scapegoat category (even though I still disagree and think that his way of perception was changed due to the horrific past), however it's a rule on this wiki that without approval you cannot put the pure evil category, so please refrain from adding it. I and many others have already disscussed it with the administration and got all the neccessary information. If you don't believe me, just ask them. I will remove the category until either the proposal has been made and approved or one of the administators came and approved it themselves.

    • Well, guess you have won, since they have prohibited the editing of that page. Didn't work with The Creeper, so I wonder why in this case they ignore their own rules.

    • Like I said, his backstory was only mentioned on the radio. Yes, it's tragic, but there's a certain point when a villain's tragic background no longer excuses their actions, and they are no longer seen in a tragic or sympathetic light. The Collector crossed that line many times. The difference is, that The Collector was never once portrayed in a sympathetic light. Both movies, he shows no redeeming qualities or mitigating factors and gives you nothing but reasons to despise him. Even if he is mentally ill or had his mind warped, it doesn't mean he's a scapegoat or not Pure Evil. Look at The Joker. He's considered PE, even though something tragic happened to him and warped his mind. Keep in mind, The Joker's incident actually has been shown on-screen while The Collector's hasn't.

The Collector was already marked as Pure Evil, before all the PE Proposal stuff was required. If you look around the wiki, you'll find tons of non-approved PE's. That doesn't mean you can take them off. In order to remove them, you have to make a proposal.

Also, if you're talking about The Creeper from Jeepers Creepers, he was approved as Pure Evil.

    • Ivan, you seem to have a habit of complaining about how the admins on this Wiki "ignore their own rules" or how the wiki is "inconsistent" whenever things don't go your way, so stop and listen: Regular users cannot remove the PE category from pages without making a removal proposal (which requires you to be whitelisted anyway), period. Don't cry "abuse" at us over this fact, because this has been established ever since the proposal system was introduced. Any user who continues to remove the category from pages without any authorization, unless it is to revert deliberate abuse of the category (which doesn't apply to The Collector), will be banned.

Furthermore, the category is free to stay on any villain who is listed as PE prior to PE proposals being introduced, which applies to The Collector.

  • Hey there! Noticed your Billy article and gotta ask, is The Hole sentient? If so, if could deserve a article.

Also, keep up making those articles for Katana Zero, please! There's still several characters from it that need them. Could give a list.

    • Hello!  From what I know, The Hole might be either Billy's hallucination or a legit twisted deity (the father that the cultist on the phone mentioned). Both options are possible, so yes, it could deserve it's own article, however Puppet Combo is currently in the process of making other games set in the same universe, so we might get more information on the cult and The Hole. About Katana Zero, I will keep up making them for sure!

    • Alright. I appreciate your help with the KZ and other indie articles. Hope you tackle more notable indies in the future as well, does wonders. As for the Katana Zero characters that need articles the most:

      Zero (Katana Zero)

      Fifteen

      SNOW

      Headhunter (Katana Zero)

      Leon Von Alvensleben

This is not a joke nor it is negotiable.

  • In order for a monster to be given the Serial Killers category, they must display "human-like intelligence and follow patterns and methods similar to human/humanoid serial killers." Since Siren Head doesn't seem to have human-like intellect and just uses it's ability to gather prey, I don't think the category applies.

  • Can you please stop removing the cowards category from Scout's page. Also, he does get scared sometimes.

You do realize he also has the cowards category on the Heroes Wiki as well.
