Since you're not familiar, the PE category can count on pages that have already been on the page for an extremely long time and thus don't need PE proposals. This has been an established rule ever since PE proposals were introduced. So yes, it needs a removal proposal if you don't agree with it's addition, not a PE proposal.
No broken numbers/gibberish-titled pictures & no spam filenames such as "Download" or "Screenshot" or "Screencap" or "8B94-F005D99FB4E2" or "Bandicam" or "IMG" or "Hqdefault" or "Maxresdefault" allowed (see Rules).
Don't forget to write down the description of the added photos (of persons, places, things, events, ect.) while uploading so you won't lose your place within your filelist.
No matter how much you disagree with the category belonging on a certain article, you cannot remove the Pure Evil category from pages without making a removal proposal in the form of a blog post (especially if the page is marked as "PE Approved"). We have been sticking by this rule for well over a year now and it's not going away.
All this details on how to make a removal proposal are listed here:
You say it's fair enough, yet you clearly haven't taken this rule seriously, judging by your recent edit here and removing the category from Leif Backstrom's page yet again a month after this message. That's earned you another ban.
Someone needs to get to work on Queen Reptilla from Kong: King of Atlantis.
Lord of Crime, can you edit Queen Reptilla by expanding it please? Also, this article has stopped in time, and all information on it may have been outdated. It also require immediate cleanup, an updation on creating an infobox with information, personality, quotes, categories, trivia, and lots of images by editing a gallery. Can you do that please with IamLucifer69 and Player Gammer's help?
