The reason why I deleted Dragon Quest Your Story is because I finished watching the film yesterday, and to my utter surprise, all villains are amoral, so I decided to abandon creating PE proposal for the villains of that movie.
By the way, the reason of why it happened is because the Disney Villains template has been updated to the new format, and the combination with the Approved Evil template is taking too much space; which makes me think of these possibilities: either we put the table on those affected by it, or revert the Disney template back to its original format in order to keep the Approved Evil template. And if I'm correct, if we apply the new format to templates that are filled with numerous villains (such as the MCU, Star Wars, Mario, Sonic, etc.), they will have similar results.
I just had an idea that I've discussed with my friend Darkmaster7. I'm going to create a wiki solely for Complete Monsters/Pure Evil villains, if you want to add a character there you first have to make a proposal to show proof the character is a CM/PE. If you want to add a character you created then we got Complete Monster Fanon Wiki for that. That wiki will not have connection with this wiki or TV Trope other than the usual rule on making a PE character. But it will have the same rule on making proposals (minus the part that you got to be on the list to make one). What do you think?
thanks. I was planning on doing a proposal on Palpatine even though he is a obvious keep. I might do the proposal on my wiki. Speaking of which I'm doing another CM proposal on my other villain once again in my wiki, but I haven't created it yet for now, the villain is name is Xuriah D'arcmast'r whom I wrote to be a classic Complete Monster.
I noticed you used the Cassandra picture that i edited! Unfortunately, the unofficial wiki for Tangled didn't like my version, i'm glad you found a place to put it! Although, the image is blurry because i got it online...
Here's an HD version for you! I managed to make the quality slightly better with waifu2x.
I just wanted to ask and clarify is he did as the Perverts and Rapist categories are on his page. Also, some "perverts" that I had found in the category such as Ember McLain and formerly Cozy Glow are not perverted at all and never tried to rape or peek in at them.
I just want to also know why it seems that non perverts and femme fatales get put in the Perverts category. Perverts is for adult content, not kids content as it is literally marked mature.
I'm not trying to be rude, I just am confused about it.
the description of the category is "Perverts are individuals who have abnormal sexual behavior. For the sake of villainy, however, these perversions must be notably abhorrent or obstructive to other people's lives and not merely a "kink.". never says anything about it having to be in adult content.
Cozy Glow is a case of hyperbole however as she's an underaged character in MLP, which Hasbro would not allow to have any risky behavior.. dunno about Ember McLain but I'm saying with certainty Cozy Glow would never be legit under Pervert or anything similar.
okay, Ember doesn't count either.. perverts can exist in media that's not for mature audiences.. rapist however is NOT going to occur in non-Mature works so if someone puts a character from an all-ages show under Rapists they are guilty of misusing categories.
perverts are not quite as bad since you have guys like Bluto from Popeye who is pretty much motivated by the fact he wants to get the girl by force and there's also those Shoe Gnomes from the infamous Dexter's Lab episode (which was just weird but still.. exists).
