But, the image for the Triad organization used is not the one for Shadowrun, it's a different one from Wikipedia. That just shows the organizational chart of a Triad. Shadowrun chart, says "Matrix" for examplle which the Wikipedia one does not.
In Champions, Marvel, and DC they use the word not only "Triad" but also dragonhead, red pole, etc in various comics like the Punisher, Batman, and so on. As well as the Champions roleplaying game. Rather than retype it all over again, I simply copied and pasted the description of what the ranks were in a Triad, removing the parts that are not relevent (e.g. mage or Matrix).
Actually I am the one that created those articles, no plagiarism there. I edited those wiki with the same ID (Esparza3368). Completely rewrote the Shadowrun article on the Triads, and created the Chinese Triads page on both Marvel and Champions Online.

in my experience, when words for words match, regardless of editing they will be considered plagiarism. I have seen articles deleted in spite of edits being done.
oh, I get it. You are saying that Triads you made here should not be counted as plagiarism because you created Triads from those wiki before you made Triads articles on here. You are merely writing what you already wrote (therefore they are yours) way before moving on to here. That's what you say, right? I don't know if that makes you immune though.
Therefore, I would play it safe if it were up to me. Nothing wrong with being cautious. Just a little innovative effort.
Plus, I would ask admins if that is acceptable. Better safe than sorry, right?
Think it's silly if they were too delete the pages, but I did as you advised. Rewrote not only the Triads (Shadowrun) page but also the other three just to be on the safe side. I am going to reattach an image to the Triads pages for the Marvel, DC, and Champions which shows the hiearchy of the Triads, using a chart available in Wikipedia (and will put a citation saying its from Wikipedia).
Not at all, no problem. Yes, there are more than one, it's a race. In the Vampire Kingdoms sourcebook, there are several Vampire Intelligences on Earth and even one in the sea (Indian Ocean - see the Sourcebook: Lemuria).
Mexico (two books - Vampire Kingdoms and Vampire Sourcebook):
half-dozen vampire kingdoms at least. Some of them have the Vampire Intelligence residing in the city (Mexico City - Mexican Empire and the ruins of Aguascalientes - Kingdom of Ixzotz). Others have the VI residing in the Yucatan Peninsula, far away from their vampire kingdoms.
Colombia (South America Sourcebook 1):
Kingdom in the Colombian Andes, waging war against a human state for centuries. I think it's the only one that states the name of the vampire intelligence.
Indian Ocean (Lemuria Sourcebook):
Undersea vampire empire in the seas around Madagascar, the Vampire Intelligence brought to Earth its thrall race of crustacean aliens.
Balkans and Caucaus Region (Mystic Russia):
Talks about vampires, but doesn't mention vampire intelligences but there should be ones nearby per how vampires work.
Cool, just went back in and changed Lemurian to Indian Ocean (since the Vampire Intelligence while being in the Indian Ocean doesn't rule over the Lemurians, it rules over an alien race of thralls it brought over with it). Lemurians rule a different territory, it's just that they mentioned in the same Rifts World Book: Lemuria.
Actually that will do. They are not in it to make money like the Naruni & Splugorth, to conquer like the Trans-Galactic Empire and Splugorth, for entertainment like the Splugorth, to experiment like the Gene-Slicers, and so on. For them it's just about feeding, in their case magical energy from the ley lines and as a delicay the blood of humanoids, so yeah the Vampire Intelligences are Eldritch vampires who only care about feeding.
nothing your parents would cover your eyes to see.
and so what? PG stuffs do have some mature stuffs but they are nothing openly explicit. Nothing of materials from the movie is considered objectionable to teens.
I already saw it. & I don't think I approved of it. Not one bit. That's gonna be tomorrow for us including him as well. He's lucky there's YouTube to back up, & with it, the videogame X-Men II: Rise of Apocalypse.
yeah, it's more about the contents than actual ratings.. incest, infanticide, on-screen beating a guy to death.. granted today we have that too but it was definitely some Game of Thrones stuff for its time period.
