Biography[]
After Megumi Shion was critically injured from falling off a cliff, Metal Master retrieved her and brought her to Crown's secret lair where she was converted into a cyborg.
When Gou was brought to their lair, Metal Master appeared before him and introduced him to Zodiac, who attempted to persuade him to join Crown to no avail. Metal Master would then sic Dragos on him, but Zodiac decided to allow Gou to escape, believing he would change his mind if given time to contemplate his offer.
When a trio of reporters uncovered evidence from the Peru expedition that discovered Fallah that related back to Zodiac and Crown, Metal Master dispatched Guyborg GX-9 to eliminate the three journalists. GX-9 succeeded in killing the first two, but his attempt to kill the third, a woman named Misa Sudo, was thwarted by Gou Kazama. When GX-9 returned to base, Metal Master scolded him for his failure, but Shion offered him a chance to redeem himself by killing Gou, though she secretly intended to kill them both with a bomb she installed in GX-9. GX-9 kidnapped Misa to lure Gou out, but in the midst of their fight Metal Master intervened to retrieve the evidence Misa had collected. After obtaining Misa's pouch with the evidence, Metal Master attempted to finish her off with his sword, but GX-9 sacrificed himself to block the slice. Guyferd then fought Metal Master but the armored cyborg was able to overpower him. Before he could defeat Guyferd however, Zodiac ordered him to retreat, as he had already accomplished his mission by obtaining the evidence.
Metal Master later took part in a mission to retrieve some leftover Fallah samples that had fallen into the hands of Ayako Murakami, a former colleague of Shiroishi. After Globe's initial attempt to retrieve the samples failed, Metal Master had him attack Ayako as a distraction while he stole the sample successfully.
Metal Master and Shion would then be sent by Zodiac to obtain the final component needed for his master plan, the Astronium developed by a drug researcher. Zodiac and Metal Master deliberately brought Shion onto the mission known of her personal history with the researcher, who had made a faulty drug that failed to save her mother, and intended for her to target the researcher in order to distract Guyferd while he carried out the mission. As Metal Master stole the Astronium, Shion got herself killed in the process of trying to get revenge, which was exactly what Zodiac had planned. Zodiac then had Metal Master steal Shion's body and extract her brain from it to serve as the nexus of his Fallah global distribution system. As he did so, Metal Master vowed to give Shion a new robotic body once the operation was completed.
As the completed system powered up, Metal Master guarded the entrance to Crown's hideout and did battle against Guyferd when he showed up to stop Crown's evil plan.
