Mibu Kamishiro (in Japanese: 神代 壬生, Kamishiro Mibu) is the main antagonist of World End Syndrome. He is an heir apparent to the Kamishiro corporation, the son of Touichiro Kamishiro and the older step-brother of Saya Kamishiro. He acts as a minor side character before revealing himself as the main culprit and antagonist in the later parts of the game. Mibu was the ex-boyfriend and the murderer of Kaori Yamashiro who strangled her to death after Kaori confronted of his infidelity's. Kaori later returned as a resurrected "Yomibito" with no memories of her death and of him which caused Mibu to go mad.

He was voiced by Yusuke Shirai.

"The eldest son in the Kamishiro family. He has been involved in its operations since he was young, and is expected to inherit ownership of the company. Given his looks and high income, there are many rumors floating around about his love life. Despite his fortunes, he gets stage fright easily, and doesn't like to be around people. He has studied kendo since childhood, but hasn't left a notable record."
