Mic and Hun are supporting antagonists in the Cartoon Network series Victor and Valentino.
While Hun does not speak, Mic was voiced by Daran Norris.
Appearance[]
Mic is a small-size white-colored skeleton with green and white, Hun is his purple equivalent. Both have visible glowing eyes, wear a long black vest and black pants, and have a maze-like pattern on their foreheads.
Biography[]
Past[]
Mictlan was created by the creator gods Tezcatlipoca, Quetzalcoatl, Xipe-Totec, and Huitzilopochtli, with Mic and Hun as rulers. Over many years, four civilizations were ended by great disasters, their bones ending up in Mictlan. At one point, Sal went down to the Underworld to retrieve bones to revive humanity. Mic attempted to trick him, but Sal ultimately got the bones, which Mic seems to still be bitter about, crushing Sal's magic flute with joy.
Season 1[]
The Bone Boys make their debut in the episode "Welcome to the Underworld", where they hunt down Victor and Valentino for trespassing onto Mictlan. The boys are caught, however, Victor challenges them to a wrestling match, in which they fuse into the warrior form Mictlantecuhtli. Victor however, ends up beating them.
Season 2[]
Throughout Season 2, they are down in Mictlan while Victor and Valentino interact with the dead in Monte Macabre, however, they seem aware of what happens, given they scold Achi for Paco being in The Underworld in "Lords of Ghost Town". They make their return in the season finale, "Through the Nine Realms of Mictlan", sending Victor, Valentino, and Cristina on a journey through the nine realms for being in Mictlan without identification. They meet the gang on the 8th realm, Apanohuayan, where they host a game show to get them to Mictlan, however tricking Victor into admitting he was responsible for Cristina missing her train ride home (Once again showing their omnipotence). Once everyone is safe on the 9th realm, they congratulate V&V for making it through the realms in record time, and grant them access to go home and return whenever they like. (Though stating they've had enough of them for today).
Season 3[]
In Season 3, Mic and Hun treat Victor and Valentino like dear friends, hugging them upon their return to Mictlan in "Bone Bike", and once more at the end when V&V win the lunch tickets. Said tickets are accidentally used by Vic and Val in "An Evening with Mic and Hun", where Mic and Hun clearly retain their childish nature, though on less higher stakes than before.
