Micah Thurman is the main antagonist of the Chicago P.D. episode "Blood Relation". He was a cult leader who sent his followers to kill people that had wronged him in the past.
He was portrayed by Josh Odor.

Micah started out as a con man who at one point started a sect with drug addicted women. He decided to use the cult to get rid of some of his debts from the past and sent Jenny Valentine to murder both Joel McCole and Gus Thompson with drugging them, strangling them and cutting off one of their hands. He also decided to have manager David Page murdered.
"Blood Relation"[]
At the start of the episode, we see that Jenny has suceeded in murdering David Page. Micah himself is not identified until much later through a video recorded by Jackie Williams, one of his cult members. The CPD tracks down and arrests Jackie who later reveals the location of the cult's headquarters. Jackie tries to go undercover, but Micah discovers the police bug and kidnaps her. Detectives Adam Ruzek and Kim Burgess manages to find the room Jackie is held in and Burgess chases Micah into the building. Burgess confronted Micah who took at a gun and starting shooting at her. Eventually, Burgess managed to shoot and kill Micah.
