Michael Ganz is a dealer in weapons and bullets designed specifically to kill police officers.
Background[]
Michael would have a lengthy record for drug possession and Robbery. He later formed a gang, to aid him in crime spree in Chicago. At some point, Michael met George Wilenko, a Canadian insulin seller, who along with his wife, Clare Milenko, were minor dealers. Michael met several times with George, managing to make a deal with him, George gave him boxes of insulin and so Michael was able to save and transport some bullets which were designed to penetrate bulletproof vests. Michael distributed all those bullets and weapons to different gangs, thus earning a large amount of money, he shared with George in the venture. Michael also visited Bradley Miller's store on many occasions, because Bradley found buyers for him. Eventually gangs began to carry out shootings, using the special bullets that Michael sold them.

The insulin boxes used to store the bullets were discovered by Intelligence Unit after his associate, Peter Thomas Banfill killed a man who was planning to rip the bullets away. Michael discovered that it would be a matter of time for CPD to connect this to George. Realizing he was a loose end, he summoned him to a secluded place as they usually did, saying he wanted another shipment of insulin. Unsuspecting, George drove to the place for the meeting but would be killed by Michael who then escaped from the place. The CPD discovered that Michael got buyers thanks to Bradley Mille, so Det. Alvin Olinsky decides to pose as a buyer to catch him in the act. Alvin Olinsky and Antonio Dawson were waiting for Michael in an abandoned warehouse. Michael arrived at the scene, he says that Bradley told him that Olinsky and Dawson were looking for bullets and heavy weapons. Dawson responds that if they had good quality, they would buy a good quantity from them. Michael agrees to show them the weapons and bullets, but he made the condition that only Olinsky accompany him with the money. Dawson refused but Olinsky agreed to accompany him. One of Michael's men takes Michael and Alvin to the location where they had the bullets and weapons. When Michael arrives, he asks Alvin for his phone number, but Alvin refused to give it to him. Michael pulled out a gun and threatened Alvin, Olinsky gave him his phone and then they entered the place, there more of Ganzs's men were waiting for them, there Michael asked him for the money for the purchase, but Alvin had only brought half, Michael didn't care. imported and showed firearms and bullets to Olinsky, Alvin approached the weapons and paid Ganzs, at which point the Chicago police entered the scene and Michael took cover behind a car while a shootout took place between the police and Ganzs's men, Michael began shooting his gun at the police, Michael at one point went behind a truck and found Alvin hiding from the gunshots, Ganzs pointed it at Alvin considering him a snitch, but Michael's nerves shook. hands and couldn't shoot, that's when Adam Ruzek arrived and threatened Michael to lower his gun. Michael agreed and was subsequently arrested along with his entire gang, while Michael was taken to the police station along with his Olinsky henchmen. He taunts him by telling him that the microphone he was wearing was on his belt buckle, and that when Michael is imprisoned, he will make sure to tell the story.
Michael would be imprisoned for illegal arms sales, the murder of George Wilenko and also for facilitating several murders.

Edward Jelko - Shot multiple times in the chest by Peter Thomas Banfill using the bullets that Michael Ganz gave him, not to mention that Banfill had also killed him because he was going to take Ganz's bullets for himself.
Peter Thomas Banfill - Shot in the chest by Adam Ruzek and would later die in the hospital, this was spurred on after killing Jelko.
George Wilenko - Shot in the head by Michael Ganz.
Two unnamed men - Killed by unknown people using the bullets that Michael Ganz sold them.
