Miguel Kaba and Jorge are the main antagonists of the 2017 film Extortion.
Miguel is a Haitian immigrant while Jorge is a Cuban, the two are fishermen but most likely in their free time they are also extortionists and kidnappers, in the film they will in fact understand a family and try to kill the father.
Miguel Kaba was played by Barkhad Abdi who also played Abduwali Muse in Captain Philips: Attack on the High Seas.
Biography[]
Miguel and Jorge appear for the first time when they find Kevin's family, the two will take Kevin and after making his son and his wife drink they will take him to the city on a Caribbean island where they will extort them in fact the two had left the family on the island and they would have saved it in exchange for the money, after having withdrawn the money he gives it to them and Miguel and Jorge will take him on a boat while they will be followed by Kevin on the boat.
However, Miguel will sink Kevin's boat leaving him to die, he will manage to save himself and with the help of the authorities he will start looking for his family and after little help from the police Kevin will start looking for Miguel and Jorge.
Kevin manages to find Miguel's house and is attacked, causing the death of Miguel's daughter and her death. Jorge, on the other hand, will be hit and then taken to hospital after helping Kevin.
