Miguel Espinoza is the main antagonist of the Law & Order: Organized Crime episode "Memory Lane". He was the lieutenant of the Los Santos gang.
He was portrayed by Mike Seal.
Biography[]
Raphael picks up Stabler and Espinoza for the mission and when they are surrounded by pedestrians, Espinoza forces Raphael to drive on the sidewalk and kill them. Raphael drives the car towards them before Stabler pulls the gear shift. This causes Espinoza to shoot Raphael in the head and leave behind Stabler who is arrested by ICE agents.
Later, Reyes calls Stabler and tells him that he has found Espinoza and the two arrests him. They bring him to the interrogation room where he refuses to talk. Stabler informs him that they arrested his mother, but Espinoza still claims that he doesn't know who the boss is. However, he gives Stabler information about the trucks that are used to transport the illegal drugs and was later brought in by the DEA and is currently an informant for them.
