Miguelito Guerrero is a supporting antagonist in FPJ's Batang Quiapo serving as a major antagonist in the third arc of the series.

He is an arrogant yet spoiled member of the Guerrero Crime Family who was initially believed to be a son Roberto Guerrero but actually the last child of Gustavo Guerrero after his affair with Jackie Guerrero. He is also an elected congressman who is candidate for the next Mayor of Manila becoming the political rival of Tanggol Montenegro.

He is played by Jake Cuenca who also played Jonas Paulino in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, Franco Hidalgo from Ikaw Lamang, and Eros del Rio in The Iron Heart.

Personality[]

Due to being raised in a wealthy household, he is displayed to be typically spoiled individual being arrogant and egotistical individual. Despite of his lifestyle, he was initially seen not interested the kind of life he was raised where he was raised in the life of privilege and politics, where it was seen that he admits that he is too weak to take the position that his father and grandfather took. However, with the constant advice and motivation he was eager to pursue his family’s dream to become the next Mayor of Manila.

In some moments, he is seen to be misogynistic individual as he sees some girls he meets as his toys such as Fatima whom he not genuinely love but sees her as some sort of lust. This shows that he is like his father as both are portrayed as a perverted individuals at times.

Born as the youngest child of Gustavo Guerrero after having an affair with Jackie Guerrero. Growing up, he was fathered by his half-brother Roberto Guerrero after Gustavo asked the former to marry his mistress. Throughout his life, it was oblivious to him that Gustavo whom he believed to be his grandfather is his biological father and Roberto is his elder half-brother. At some point, he was taught to follow his clans footsteps and elected as a congressman in Manila.

Revelation and Political Arc[]

He crossed paths with Tanggol and his friends after recklessly speeding to them in a highway. The same night, he meets Tanggol in a party organized by the Montenegros and he was seen Tanggol pointing gun at him after a tension between the groups until they were stop by Ramon Montenegro and Gustavo Guerrero. At the some moment after Ramon introduces Tanggol as his lost child, Gustavo also announced that he is going to be the next mayor of Manila.

Unconfident to follow both his father and grandfather’s footsteps, he initially rejects the Guerrero’s dream to be next Mayor of Manila but later became interested after his family constantly encouraged him. One day, he makes deal with Tanggol during a drift racing event only that he was tricked by Tanggol after the latter planned to backfire his transactions causing a huge loss in his deal. He meets David A. Dimaguiba during a gambling session and was tricked after David traded him a fake title of the Caballeros.

One day, he joined with the Guerreros to make transactions with the Montenegros and Mr. Kwoon. NADCOM raids the pier where the transaction is held, he was seen pointing gun at Ramon during a tension between the Guerreros and Montenegros. Guerreros were exposed by their involvement with drugs but he was still eager to run as a Mayor. That night, he meets once again Fatima who is now working as an assistant tailor whom she previously paid as his seducer. He locks her on a bathroom and molested her until he was stopped by his mother Jackie. He was forced to make up for his violation to Fatima by asking her to be his girlfriend.

Later on, his goons confirmed that David gambled him a fake title of one of the Caballeros’ properties. He corners David and Vera, seriously injuring the former but later decided to spare his life after David confessed that he is Tanggol’s brother learning that they have the common enemy. During the day of filing of candidacy, he made speech bragging about the Guerreros achievements and insulting Tanggol Montenegro. Upon Tanggol made his own speech causing the Guerreros to be humiliated, he was seen being restrained by his family asking him to leave but decided to rebut Tanggol with offensive speech. He was seriously beaten by Tanggol after the latter was insulted by him. The Guerreros had Tanggol arrested for seriously beating him and bribed the inmates in Tanggol’s cell to beat him in retaliation. Upon Tanggol’s release, he asks David to assassinate the former but the latter decided to back off due to his conscience of killing his brother. He then resorts firing Tanggol and the crowd believing that he has killed Tanggol in that opportunity. Roberto learns that he was behind the shootout in the police station, causing him to be beaten and Roberto points gun at him thanks to his recklessness.

The day Montenegros and Guerreros have their political motorcade, he was seen to initiate the shootout between the two clans. In the midst of the shootout he takes Fatima in an abandoned building alongside with his goons. Tanggol and David has located his spot and the latter volunteered to fight him back. David finally spots him, learning it was only trap where he stabs David multiple times in the stomach and shoots him to death. He then learns, his true identity that he is Gustavo’s son caused by their family tension exposing their dirty secrets. On the same moment, Fatima overheard their secrets and sent his goons to assassinate the Benitos. He then backs up his goons to hunt down Fatima and her family until they were stopped by some thugs in the neighboorhood.

  • His father, Roberto is played by Albert Martinez whom he also worked in the same show also with The Iron Heart.
  • He proclaims that he is a graduate of School of Governance in Harvard University. However, his aunt Olivia claims that it was a special course that only lasted for two weeks.
  • He is The Second Most Hated Character In The Show
