Biography[]
Season 2[]
Mikey joins Cobra Kai along with Doug Rickenberger following Miguel Diaz's victory at the 2018 All Valley Karate Tournament. He forms a close bond with Hawk and assists him in carrying various tasks against Miyagi-Do.
Mikey was present when Hawk confronts Demetri at a comic book store along with Chris (Cobra Kai), Mitch, and Doug Rickenberger. Hawk demands Demetri to take down his Yelp review which he refuses. This results in the gang attacking and chasing him up to the food court. Robby Keene and Samantha LaRusso intervene, resulting in a fight breaking out. Mikey is shown pushing Demetri aside before being easily beat by Sam.
Mikey was also present at the Coyote Creek training where he represented the red team. He was shown to face against Tory Nichols and Miguel Diaz, who were on team black, resulting him being easily kicked by Tory. He later celebrated when Stingray was able to put Miguel on the chokehold and steal his black headband, which gave the red team the win.
During the school brawl, Mikey was also the witnesses seeing Tory Nichols and Samantha LaRusso fight, to which the latter accused her of kissing Miguel at the party earlier. He was also one of the few along with Hawk and Doug, who forces Sam to get back into fighting Tory. Mikey was then shown fighting off another Miyagi-Do and pushing him with the help from Stingray, who was just newly recruited to West Valley High School as a security guard.
As the dojos went on the second floor, Mikey and Doug could be seen trying to attack Robby on the stairs together along with Miguel, before he disperses to help Tory. Doug tries to get a hold of Robby, but he is able to free himself and kicks Mikey down the stairs.
Season 3[]
Mikey remains loyal to Cobra Kai after John Kreese takes over the dojo from Johnny Lawrence. He was later shown to be assisting Hawk and Mitch into stealing charity money from Nathaniel, which was meant to be used to support Miguel Diaz, who had just been injured in the hospital following the school brawl.
During a high school soccer scrimmage in P.E. class, Mikey was shown to walk right next to Hawk, with Doug Rickenberger near him and Edwin and Big Red behind them. This resulted in a brawl to happen, with Mikey accidentally hitting Sam with the latter kicking his face. He still continued his soccer though, but as he continuously was beaten easily by the Miyagi-Do's, it resulted them being sent to the office. As they await their punishment, it turns out the Cobra Kai's were able to get off scot-free, while the Miyagi-Do's are given Saturday detention and an extra punishment, resulting them training in the dojo on the weekend instead.
Mikey can then be seen with Hawk, Mitch, and Doug having fun and wrecking havoc at the local arcade. The group ends up breaking into the laser-tag arena where they secretly drink beer underage to celebrate, where they are unexpectedly attacked by Miyagi-Do students led by Samantha LaRusso as payback. He is shown to be easily kicked by Samantha LaRusso and fighting off another student. He was able to kick a student and fight Demetri for a period of time before he is easily defeated by him. When Tory Nichols arrives with reinforcements, which turns the tide in Cobra Kai's favor, Mikey could be shown pressuring Hawk to break Demetri's arm.
Later on, Mikey is amongst the Cobra Kai students to attack the Miyagi-Do's and the Eagle Fang's at the LaRusso house. He is shown to be pinned by Miguel, then also shown having a fight against Mitch, where he is able to be pushed aside by him easily. He recovers though, and pushes Mitch aside, before continuing the brawl against him. When Hawk chooses to betray Cobra Kai and redeems himself, he assists Demetri in his fight against Mikey, which results in him being kicked into the wall by him.
