Milena Romanova (Russian: Милена Романова) is a supporting antagonist in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. She is the employer and financier of Konni Group and Vladimir Makarov who tasked the group to secure Vondel under the disguise of Peacekeepers and the Crown PMC.

She is portrayed by Tina Ivlev, who also played Merrin in the Star Wars Jedi series.

Biography[]

Milena Romanova married an oligarch who had close ties with Vladimir Makarov. After her husband was murdered, Milena inherited his fortune and remained associated with Makarov, provided financial support for his cause. She later became the financier for Konni Group, even after the incarceration of Makarov, following the attack against Verdansk in 2019.

Modern Warfare II[]

On June 8th, 2023, 72 hours after a chemical attack on the city Vondel in the Netherlands, Milena Romanova, residing in the city, tasked Konni, Under the disguise of the Crown PMC and Peacekeepers, to secure the city and prevent a possible future attack. Members of Shadow Company also infiltrated the city and engaged with The Konni Force as they were looking for a specific individual for unknown reasons.

By late August 2023, Ivan Alexxeve and Andrei Nolan successfully stealed chemical weapons from Shadow Company in an attack coordinated by Makarov from his prison cell. Romanova brokered a deal between Konni and The Las Almas Cartel to transport the stolen gas from Zaya Observatory to Vondel before smuggling it across the world, including in Urzikstan.

Modern Warfare III[]

In November 2023, Milena used the Konni funds to bribe personnel of the Zordaya Prison Complex in Verdansk to facilite Makarov's escape from The Gulag. On November 10th, Ivan, Nolan and Rook successfully launched a raid against the prison complex and freed Makarov. When Makarov rejoined Konni Group. Milena was there to greet him.

Two Days after Makarov's escape, Johnny "Soap" MacTavish and Simon "Ghost" Riley infiltrated Plutus Island, a private island owned by Milena, using information provided by General Herschel Shepherd. They apprehended and interrogated her. When she didn't react after removing $85 million dollars from Makarov's accounts, they threatened to drain the money from her own personal account if she didn't reveal his location. Milena revealed Makarov was in St. Petersburg. The duo departed soon after, as she loses her sanity and cursed them.
