Milo is the head of Lionel Luthor's security firm, Safetex in the WB/CW Television series Smallville.
He served as the main antagonist in the Season Six episode "Arrow".
He was portrayed by David McIlwraith.
Biography[]
While attending a fundraiser, a masked vigilante named the Green Arrow Bandit steals a rare diamond necklace off of Martha Kent that Lionel loaned to her. Lois Lane tried to stop him, even grabbing his neck chain, but he managed to escape and she vowed to find the man behind the costume.
At Oliver Queen's Tower, Milo questioned Lois about the robbery and the Green Arrow but she gave very little information or details. To his annoyance, Lois had tarnished Milo's business in an article she wrote for the Daily Planet.
Later, Milo had two of his men abduct Lois from her apartment at the Talon and took her to an abandoned foundry. Lois' attackers tried to torture her into revealing Green Arrow's identity by submerging her into a tank of water. She thought Green Arrow was responsible for her abduction, but Milo appeared.
He told Lois that she humiliated him by reporting the thefts, and Green Arrow ruined his business by stealing from his clients. He asked again about the Arrow's identity, however Lois said that she didn't know who the Green Arrow was but Milo didn't believe her and had Lois almost drowned. Milo instructed them to kill her, but just as they shoot, the bullet was deflected by an arrow. Green Arrow arrived and incapacitated the thugs and Milo with taser arrows. He was presumably arrested.
