Milos Kirchoff aka Berlin is a main antagonist in season 1 and the first half of season 2 of The Blacklist.

He is a rival of Raymond Reddington for a short time.

He is portrayed by Peter Stormare who also portrayed many other roles.

Biography[]

After the fall of the Berlin Wall and the Soviet Union, as a colonel and therefore a high-ranking officer of the USSR he had joined a resistance to reduce losses and organize himself with what was left in his groups there were also exponents and members of the KGB after an attack where Milos' daughter had ended up in the middle he believed that the Americans were to blame but someone mentioned the name of Raymond Reddington after hearing it he followed a path of revenge and for that his loyalty was doubted and was therefore arrested and locked in a gulag where his daughter's bones were sent to the cell, but he managed to escape from the gulag thanks also to the help of outsiders and began to plan revenge against Reddington.

After putting spies in the lives of people close to Reddington such as his daughter who got married Tom a spy for Berlin after implementing the plan decides to attack but will be discovered by Reddington who after killing his cover will wound Tom and will go to him for clarify and talk after discovering that Berlin thinks he is to blame for his daughter's death he investigates and discovers that his daughter is still alive after showing her to her the two will make peace but after Milos kills a Russian minister and Alan Fitch the assistant director of the national intelligence responsible for his daughter's death will be betrayed by his own daughter who will have him imprisoned and killed by Reddington.
