Timmy the Collector (AKA "Mint Condition") is a recurring villain from the Teletoon animated series, Sidekick. He is an obsessive superfan of various media and public figures, including Maxum Man and Eric Needles. He will stop at nothing to obtain memorabilia for his beloved idols, even if that means stalking said idols, stealing their belongings, and even kidnapping them and holding them captive at his house. He first appeared in "Comic Book Zombies".
He is voiced by Lyon Smith, who also voices Carrie Beff from Grojband.
Biography[]
In "Comic Book Zombies", Eric and Trevor went to The Super Science Fiction and Role-Playing Comics and Video Games Convention (Su-Sci-Fi-Ro-Pla-Com-Vid-Ga-Con), as they were invited to be VIP speakers there. They were greeted by a seemingly well-meaning nerd named Timmy, who was the organizer of the Su-Sci-Fi-Ro-Pla-Com-Vid-Ga-Con claimed to be an avid fan of Eric and Trevor. He showed his early signs of insanity, when he resisted the temptation to geek out over Eric's limited edition sidekick outfit, which was just his regular clothing.
Timmy the Collector led Eric and Trevor into a room to help them get away from the crazy fans. However, he was actually leading them into another trap, where he'd reveal his true colors as a supervillain named "Mint Condition", who wanted to capture Eric and Trevor and hold them hostage at his house as part of his collection. In the room they were trapped in, Mint Condition activated a moving spiky wall, which he planned on using to crush Eric and Trevor to death. The wall started moving incredibly slowly, which gave Eric and Trevor enough time to think of an escape plan, which was simply to just exit the door.
Mint Condition would chase them through the Su-Sci-Fi-Ro-Pla-Com-Vid-Ga-Con, where he proudly proclaimed that he'd have no issue with kidnapping them, as he was the same villain who pilfered Maxum Man's tennis shoes, swiped his buffet bib, and collected his stinky old worn-out underwear that he was just throwing away. Mint Condition found Eric and Trevor, hiding out in an exhibit for Roman gladiators and grabbed them. Trevor tried tickling Minty to make him let go but this failed, so Trevor instead smacked him in the face with a helmet, snapping Minty's back.
Eric and Trevor later teamed up with Kitty and Vana to fight Mint Condition. Minty used his zombie ray to brainwash a bunch of other nerds at the Su-Sci-Fi-Ro-Pla-Com-Vid-Ga-Con to turn them into an army of mindless zombies to help him with kidnapping Eric and Trevor. The nerd zombie army passed right by Kitty and Vana, fearing any communication or contact with girls and chased down Eric and Trevor, until they had them cornered, thanks to Eric and Trevor wasting their time, taking a stop by a nacho stand. While being cornered, Eric ate some nachos and spilled come cheese dip on his suit, which shocked the zombie nerds. This gave Eric the idea to use his suit as bait, claiming that the stain was his "autograph". This got the attention of the army of fans as well as Minty, himself, who begged and pled to have the suit all for himself. Eric threw the suit and him and upon obtaining it, Mint Condition was attacked and mauled by his army of zombies, who were also trying to steal the suit from him, thereby leading to his defeat.
In "For Real Estate", Mint Condition was one of the supervillains, who was looking to buy the Maxum Mansion, as it would be the ultimate addition to his collection, so he went down to the auction, led by Flo Closure and competed with the other villains to get it. This ultimately led to a huge fight between himself and the other potential buyers. During this fight, Minty kept trying to trap Vana in a collection box, so that he could add her to his collection. Minty was ultimately defeated by Vana, when she sword-fought with through the bathroom with toilet plungers and had him flushed down the toilet. As Mint Condition went down the drain, he screamed in disgust over the fact that he was now no longer in mint condition, himself.
In "OppoXOX", Mint Condition, along with several other villains, attempted to rob a bank, only to get defeated and beaten senseless by Master XOX.
