Miss Bloomie is one of the two secondary antagonists (Alongside Miss Thavel) of Basics in Behavior and possibly the whole Fundamental Paper Education series by Kaaatie.
She is one of the three main teachers at Paper School, being the science teacher. She is friends with Miss Circle and Miss Thavel and helps them try to kill Claire after she fails her most recent test, although she was unwilling to do so.
Appearance[]
Miss Bloomie has a stylized and unique design, she is a short white skinned woman, she has short straight black hair that covers her forehead, also, she has two pointed horns, and she has a black pupil left eye, in the back she has a small part of her hair held in a white bun, her mouth has long, pointed teeth and a snake-like tongue
Her uniform consists of a long sleeved black shirt with markings on the edges, with a white collar and two white buttons in the center, she has a normal hand with pointed fingers on her left arm, but on her right arm she has a giant cutter, which she uses at all times, also, she wears a white skirt that covers much of her black legs, which are long and pointed just like Miss Grace.
Like most of the characters, she haves a monochromatic design (black and white).
Biography[]
Miss Bloomie the science teacher at the Fundamental Paper Education school, most likely teaches her students stuff about biology and chemistry. She also kills any student that fails her class, just like Miss Circle and Miss Thavel.
Personality[]
Little is currently known about Miss Bloomie's personality thus far. She is likely to be cruel, as she is friends with Miss Circle. Miss Bloomie stays quiet most of the time, Miss Bloomie also is the fastest teachers right in front of Miss Circle. Briefly seen in Basics in Behavior.

- Claire might be her favorite student, as she runs past her after the latter hides in a locker. She is also the angriest out of the 3 after finding out Zip and Oliver tricked Claire into going into ∆lice’s room. She could also be new to her job, which explains why she looks guilty sometimes.
