Miss Ni is the main antagonist of the Emperor’s New School episode “Evil and Eviller.” She is an “emperor exterminator,” who appears to be more evil than Yzma, prompting the latter to turn against her and save Kuzco.

Miss Ni is hired as an “emperor exterminator” when no one else was fit. As soon as she was hired, she kicked Yzma out of her own office.
Later, Amzy introduced her as the “vice principal”. Kuzco then makes fun of her last name, asking if her sister, is called “Miss Elbow.” Malina is skeptical of Miss Ni, so she asks Kronk about her. Soon after, Kuzco dumps feathers on Miss Ni, prompting her to do a surprise punishment for him.
During it, Malina bursts in, saying that Kronk told her everything. After, crocodiles come in to devour Kuzco, however, Yzma’s crocodile bursts in, and defeats the other crocodiles, thus saving Kuzco.
Miss Ni was subsequently fired, for, according to her, “everyone has some good in them, including (Yzma)”. Also, she gave Yzma the bill, and much to her shock the price for her service is huge, which the plumber states now that’s evil.
