Misty Swiss is the minor antagonist of the children television series, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo Get a Clue!
She is the Swedish agent hired by Dr. Phibes to eliminate Shaggy and Scooby-Doo.
She was voiced by Grey DeLisle.
Synopsis[]
Misty was first seen practicing throwing her axe at the target. Then, she received a call from Dr. Phibes to eliminate Shaggy and Scooby-Doo, which she immediately accepted the assignment. She ordered her dog, Carla to attack the target. However, Carla is more interested in attacking her owner.
Misty and Carla follow Shaggy and Scooby-Doo, who mistakenly thought that the Dr. Phibes disguised himself as an international scientist, to the hotel. When Misty and Carla entered in the revolving door, but Shaggy and Scooby-Doo got thrown out by the revolving door that made it spin faster cause them to get flown out of the hotel and landed on a pile of snow. As Misty tried to kill the dog and hippy boy with a machete, Scooby-Doo caused a loud echo that caused an avalanche that landed on Misty. When she got out of the snow and tried to kill them again, Shaggy and Scooby used a snowmobile to get to the mountain, where Dr. Phibes' airship is. As Misty reached up to the where the Shaggy and Scooby-Doo, who realized that Dr. Phibes disguised his airship as a cloud, She tired to eliminate them by causing a detour on the mountain slope that cause Shaggy and Scooby-Doo to fall off a cliff. Just as she thought she succeed in eliminating the dog and the hippy boy, a snowmobile hit Misty and Carla and with it driven in reverse.
When Shaggy and Scooby-Doo foiled Dr. Phibes' plan to cause an avalanche toward the international scientist, Misty saw a policeman and beg him to be arrest since she was tired of all the bad luck including Carla biting her that she wished to learn the error of her way and learn legal trade. However, Carla bite Misty in the butt as the latter is being drag away by the police.

- Misty and Carla are the only villains in the series that Shaggy and Scooby-Doo are not even aware of their presence.
