Mochibetori is an Ayakashi serving under Akumaro, armed with the Shirahani Sukibanomata (that means White-Clay Spade Teeth Fork). He's also the main antagonist in episode 37 of 2009 TV series called Samurai Sentai Shinkenger.
He is voiced by Riichi Seike.
History[]
Mochibetori made his first appearance in the city causing mayhem and destruction as he fires off a couple of laser beams to destroy some buildings until he got sneaked attack by the arrival of the samurais. With that said he declares that he will end those rangers lives as he opens fire on them, but Takeru blocked that attack with a Rekka Daizantou as both Chiaki and Ryunosuke battles him. However around that time Mochibetori used signature move and binds the duo in place and the only to remove this bind of his is that they need to defeat Mochibetori or they'll be stuck like this for the rest of this series. After that he was then attacked by the arrival of Genta as he used the Hiden Disc Fire to overwhelm Mochibetori causing this yokai to retreat back into the Sanzu River.
Awhile later he was back in the Sanzu River as he consulted to his fellow members as he told them that he ran away from the fight because he was caught by surprise. So to that response Doukoku Chimatsuri was about to finish him off until Akumaro intervene as he explained that Mochibetori did in fact done some damages to the samurai which is binding the duo with his Mochi Pellet. Besides Shitari did remind him that he could use that technique of his to just bind all of humans instead of firing off his laser beam.
A while later Mochibetori arrived back into the city as he still used his signature move as he stickified every civilian at the plaza and he also manage to get the vehicle stuck as well so good luck with transportation. As this goes on the remaining samurais arrived to stop Mochibetori rampage, but guess what they all fall for his sticky trap and to make things even worse for the samurais is Mochibetori fire even more of his signature move as the team are now completely stuck as he left the area to cause more misery onto the populace.
A while later as he was about to stickified couple more civilians until a trolley came out of nowhere got hit instead, so once he turns around it was previously stuck Chiaki and Ryunosuke as they uniquely transform themselves into samurai as they battle Mochibetori in synced. After that Mochibetori was sent into the air with the Wood Spear and finishing him off with a shot from the Water Arrow, causing the binding to dissolve.
However this kind of defeat has grant him a second life prompting the now freed samurais to bring out Daigoyou, DaiKai Kita and MouGyuuDaiOh to battle this mega monster. After that he was then destroyed once and for all by this finisher called Bull Great Revolving Cannon.
