History[]
Past[]
Before the events of Mogeko Castle, there was a king who's origins were unknown was an lonely Mogeko who made a whole kingdom to himself. He made the castle with seven floors, and he also had Mogekos immigrated to other worlds like the Blue Sea, The Gray Garden and many other worlds. King mogeko later punishes Defect Mogeko for unknown reasons.
Mogeko Castle[]
The games starts with a Mogeko (presumably King mogeko) looking at "someone" in a bed where he tells a story "very amusing, sad... violent, [and] pervy."
The first sight of a Mogeko is when Yonaka was in a path and sees a Mogeko where they said they want to have their 'fun' with her Yonaka managed to out run them.
The Gray Garden[]
Mogekos somewhat had immigrated to the Grey Garden they mostly became citizens of the Gray Garden, with some of them on Ivlis's side.
Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea[]
Regardless of their little screen-time in the game, its implied that Mogekos did immigrated to the Blue Sea and become citizens of it. Although not seen in gameplay, they are implied to live in the houses offscreen. One of the Mogekos appear as a mermaid who is implied to be a resident, and there was also unused sprites of a Mogeko in a diving suit and a Mogeko in a life preserver. Some Mogekos are implied to be members or joined the Sea of Death where they helped Sal where he possibly used the Mogekos as spies, however they aren't seen in gameplay. It's implied they left the Sea of Death after the kingdom was destroyed.

Trivia[]
- There is a mistranslation floating around that "moge" means to grope, but it actually means to completely pluck off or rip off, like a fruit, hair, part of an object or body, etc. An object must be removed. "Ko" is a common ending part of a large variety of words, from girl's names, or animal or object names. You could really make a reach and say that it translates to "a small creature which rips things off," but it's most likely that there is not any particular meaning in regards to the creatures themselves.
- A common theme in the bonus rooms of games in the Deep Sea Prisoner universe is that the receptionist will always be a Mogeko.
- In RPG Maker 2000, the upper ears of the Mogeko moves.

- In Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea, Mogekos have very little screen-time only seen a few times, the deep blue sea town, false chests scattered around the map and the bonus room. While they are shown offscreen working for Sal and the Sea of Death
- It's possible that Mogekos stalk girls that are former high school girls (who graduated) or those lower like (junior high or lower), even underaged offscreen.
- It's also possible the Mogeko would kidnap any human girls they find and would sent them to the castle and would enslave them offscreen.
